By using this website and engaging the services of A.G. Pooltopia, you agree to the following terms:

All services are subject to availability and may require a service agreement. Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible access to the pool and equipment during scheduled service visits. Monthly service fees are due according to the agreed billing schedule. Additional services, repairs, equipment replacements, filter cleanings, and specialty treatments are not included in standard maintenance unless otherwise stated. Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather, holidays, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. A.G. Pooltopia is not responsible for pre-existing pool conditions, equipment failures, water loss, structural issues, or damage caused by factors outside of our control. Estimates are provided in good faith and may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions are discovered during service. Customers will be notified of any recommended repairs or additional services before work is performed whenever possible.
